Memory for advanced players: only matching cards may be revealed โ one slip and you're out.
25 cards showing animals in locations lie face down; each player starts knowing only their three corner cards. In turn, one card is revealed โ it must share the animal OR the landscape with the last card flipped, or you drop out of the round. The last player standing claims a treasure; after seven rounds, the pirate king is crowned.
Unlike classic memory, everyone is permanently engaged here: every revealed card must be committed to memory and continuously updated, because the chain can reach your turn at any moment. That trains ongoing encoding, updating and strategic recall ("which card do I hand the next player?").
